KUALA LUMPUR -- The High Court today dismissed the application by Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia and Dewan Rakyat Secretary Roosme Hamzah to strike out legal action brought by former Sungai Benut Member of Parliament, Mohamed Tawfik Tun Dr Ismail over PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang’s motion to amend the Syariah Courts (Criminal Jurisdiction) (Amendment) 2016 Bill or Bill 355.
