GERIK – Perak UMNO and Barisan Nasional (BN) are not offensive or insulting in their approach unlike the opposition, said Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir.

On the other hand, he said the state UMNO and BN continued to provide the best services to the people in facing the 14th General Election (GE14) in order to remain victorious.

Zambry, who is also Perak BN chairman, said the current effort was to spruce up the party machinery at the lower level while waiting for the GE14.

"In terms of administration, we will continue to provide the best services and will not be hasty in contributing to the people.

"We have started implementing this agenda after the 2013 general election by going down to the areas and today it is being continued at the parliamentary level," he told reporters after the opening and launching ceremony of the 3YB Retreat and Arena Amanjaya Lawin near here today.

On the program today, Zambry said it could be emulated and implemented in other areas of Perak.

"Through this program we get feedback from the people and this is a continuation of the Perak MB retreat programme," he said.
