Jumanji star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson recently recorded a special message directed to Malaysians, which naturally got local fans all excited.

Since yesterday, Malaysians have been flooding the comment section of Dwayne Johnson’s Instagram post as the 46-year-old gave a heartfelt shout out to Malaysia, for keeping his latest movie ‘Jumanji’ at the number one spot for the second consecutive week.

“This is our second weekend opening ‘Jumanji’ in Malaysia and we are already the third biggest movie of all time, which is incredible in our second week,” he said in a video post recently.

“We are trending to be the biggest movie of all time in Malaysia. I thank you so much.”

The celebrity wrestler went on to share that Malaysia will forever hold a special place in his heart, as he recalled that he “had spilled a lot of blood and sweat in Kuala Lumpur” during his wrestling days.

“I had some incredible matches that took a lot out of me. Performing in front of people with that kind of electricity, I will never forget,” he recalled.

Keepin’ that gratitude train rollin’.. MALAYSIA THANK YOU! #Jumanji is already the 3rd biggest movie of all time and who knows where we wind up. Our roots go way back years ago as I had some of my best (and grueling) wrestling matches right there in Kuala Lumpur. Unforgettable times. I’m forever grateful for your love over the years.
