TMTMKUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) menandatangani Perjanjian Bersama (CA) kesembilan bersama Kesatuan kebangsaan Pekerja-Pekerja Telekomunikasi Semenanjung Malaysia (NUTE), yang meliputi penambahbaikan pelbagai terma dan syarat perkhidmatan, bagi petugas bukan eksekutif di Semenanjung Malaysia dan Labuan.

Petugas bukan eksekutif kini menyumbang 60 peratus daripada tenaga kerja TM seramai kira-kira 17,000 orang.

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan TM Tan Sri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa berkata tujuan utama perjanjian bersama itu ialah untuk keselamatan dan kebajikan pekerja.  

"Perjanjian bersama ini juga bertujuan meningkatkan aktiviti pekerja dan produktiviti dan prestasi TM," katanya kepada pemberita selepas majlis pemeteraian itu. 

Selain menandatangani CA dengan NUTE, TM turut memeterai CA yang sama dengan anak-anak syarikat TM iaitu Telekom Sales & Services Sdn Bhd, TM R&D Sdn Bhd, TM Info-Media Sdn Bhd dan Menara Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd.  

Mengikuti CA itu, TM dan NUTE bersetuju ke atas tiga terma utama - umur persaraan 60 tahun, pelarasan gaji tahunan dan penambahbaikan artikel berkaitan tatatertib,  

Menerusi pelarasan gaji, petugas akan diberikan pelarasan tahunan untuk tempoh tiga tahun mulai 2013, pada kadar 5.5 peratus bagi tahun pertama yang tarikh bayaran dikebelakangkan mulai Januari 2013.  

"Kita sedang usahakan bayaran (gaji) sebelum Hari Raya," said Zamzamzairani.  

Kumpulan pekerja bukan eksekutif itu juga akan menerima kenaikan elaun seperti elaun kos sara hidup (Cola), elaun bantuan perumahan, penginapan, perpindahan dan elaun syif, tunggu sedia (on-call).  

Selain NUTE, petugas bukan eksekutif TM turut diwakili Kesatuan Pekerja Telekomunikasi Sabah dan Kesatuan Pekerja Telekomunikasi Sarawak.  

Pemeteraian CA untuk kesatuan-kesatuan itu akan dilakukan pada 23 dan 24 Julai ini.
